Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required, and it never expires. You get one finished project of each content type, made with the same AI models Pro uses.
What counts against my free limits, and what doesn't?
Chatting with the agents never counts. Only the generate and edit actions do: generating your outline and full project (1× each), and each type of refinement (3× each). For example, on a social campaign you can regenerate an image, rewrite the copy, and restyle the layout 3 times each — while chatting with the assistant as much as you like.
Can I delete a project and start a new one of the same type?
No — the free limit is one project of each type per account, even if you delete the first one. Starting a second project of the same type is where you'll be invited to upgrade to Pro.
What's the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Annual?
Both plans include the same features and the same 1,200 credits every month. The choice is purely about how you pay: Monthly is $25/month billed each month, while Annual is billed once a year at $240 — working out to $20/month, saving you about 20%.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?
Yes, you can change your billing cycle at any time. The annual plan simply replaces your monthly billing at the discounted rate.
What does 1,200 credits actually get me?
It depends on your mix, but roughly: ~15 motion videos, ~15 social campaigns, ~120 individual social posts, ~60 designs, or ~20 spaces per month — or any combination of these.
What happens if a generation fails?
You're not charged. Credits are set aside when an action starts and only deducted if it succeeds. If something fails, the credits are returned to you.
