June 2026 LayerProof Bristol
Here's something nobody says out loud: most client reports get skimmed for 90 seconds and forgotten. You spent hours on them. Your client spent less than two minutes. That gap has been living in our heads since we started LayerProof.
Bristol is what happens when you stop treating reports like documents and start treating them like experiences. Drop your materials. Shape by chatting. Publish a live, interactive web page in one click. No templates. No design skills. No switching between five tools to get one deliverable out the door.
The brain processes visuals 60,000x faster than text. We took that personally.
✨ Ask for a report, see it instantly
Type what you need. "Build me a Q1 Treasury Portfolio Review." Bristol's agent reads your materials, picks the right structure, chooses a visual style, and generates real HTML. Not a template with your logo pasted on top. A real, interactive page built from your actual data.
The agent even writes you a brief first: objective, audience, key message, color palette, typography, report structure. You review it, tweak it, then let it cook.

✨ Click to edit. Chat to rebuild.
You're looking at a generated report and the headline is off. Old workflow: re-prompt, wait, hope it doesn't break everything else. Bristol workflow: click the headline, type your fix. Done.
The Visual Editor lets you make quick fixes without re-prompting. But when you want something bigger (a new section, a different chart type, a collapsible breakdown), just ask the agent in chat. It rebuilds the HTML live.

✨ Reports that move with your reader
Same report, same URL, different journey for each reader. Your client filters by their market. The CEO drills into the one metric that matters to them. The team expands what's relevant and skips the rest.
Hover over a number and see where it came from. Click a chart and watch the detail unfold. This is data storytelling, not data decorating. Bristol reports prove the numbers, not just display them.

How it works (4 steps, no cap)
1. Drop your materials Files, URLs, pasted data. Whatever you've got.
2. Shape it by chatting The agent rebuilds the report on request.
3. Direct visual edit Click into text, charts, layout. Fix anything inline.
4. One click to publish A live web page, not a file. Just a URL that works.
.
✨ Not a normal report
A normal report: static charts, one view for everyone, reader scrolls and skims, trust is assumed, updates mean re-export and resend.
A Bristol report: clickable exploration, personalized depth, more convincing story, proves the numbers, always up to date.
You see the difference. So will your clients.
.
✨ One click to publish
Hit "Publish to web." Get a link. Send it. Your client opens a live, interactive page that looks like you hired a design team. No exports, no attachments, no "see page 47." Just a URL that works.
Lowkey our favorite part of the whole flow. The moment where all the layers come together and it just ships.
.

Bristol is the first layer. There's a lot more underneath, and we're not even close to done revealing it. The reports that win the next round of work aren't the ones with the right information. They're the ones that feel different to read.

One last thing
Anh has been obsessing over Vietnamese iced coffee ratios for the past three months. He keeps a spreadsheet with 52 entries tracking brew time, condensed milk brand, ice-to-coffee ratio, and a "vibe score" column that goes from 1 to 10. Batch 38 scored a perfect 10 but he's convinced batch 53 will beat it. The team is skeptical. The coffee is excellent. The spreadsheet is unhinged.
